S-4990 is a WHDI wireless receiver with high Gain panel antenna for Broadcast/Film application. The panel receiver works with SWIT S-4904 / S-4914 transmitters, and will extend wireless transmission distance to 1000 meters. With the panel receiver, the video transmission will get more stable and reliable. The panel receiver is easy to set up and robust for field using.
WHDI wireless technology, 5.1-5.9GHz license free bands, with a new developed high Gain Panel Receiver, supports uncompressed 3G/HD/SD-SDI and HDMI to transmit 1000 meters (Line-of-Sight) distance, and less than 1 millisecond latency. The system is pure hardware connection, plug and play, which is widely used in director monitoring, drone, ropeway camera, steadicam etc.
Broadcast industry wireless system includes an S-4904T transmitter with WHDI (OFDM) technology, supports uncompressed 3G/HD/SD-SDI and HDMI wirelessly transmitted in 700 meters scale, and with less than 1ms latency.
